About Us

Founded in 1929

The company was originally founded in 1929 by Mr. Dewey I. Doyle, Sr. doing business as the Doyle Vacuum Cleaner Co., in Grand Rapids, MI.  Right from the start, Doyle Vacuum earned a stellar reputation for manufacturing an outstanding product.

In 1946, the company was incorporated by Mr. Dewey I. Doyle, Jr. as The Doyle Corporation.  The company remained a family-owned business until it was sold to a group of local investors in 1993.

Renamed Doyle Vacuum Systems in 2004

In 2001, the company was purchased by its current owner, Mr. David H. VanGorder, and in 2004, the name was changed to Doyle Vacuum Systems, LLC.  The company continues to operate in the Grand Rapids, MI area to this day.

Doyle Vacuum Throughout the Years

Since its inception, and throughout its history, Doyle Vacuum has produced and sold a wide range of vacuum units, primarily for the commercial and industrial markets.  In those sectors, Doyle Vacuum has a solid reputation for manufacturing high-quality, long-lasting vacuums and related equipment items that offer superior performance.  It is not uncommon that we are contacted by customers looking for parts or information to service machines that are 30, 40, 50, or more than 60 years old.  While we can’t often help with parts on some of the oldest machines, it is a testament to the legacy of the Doyle name and the longevity of the products we manufacture.

 

Introducing the Doyle Air-N-Vac Station

Today, Doyle Vacuum Systems continues to manufacture high-quality vacuums and related equipment for the commercial and industrial markets.  Now, we are very proud to introduce the Garage Air-N-Vac Station for sale in the residential (and commercial) market.  The Garage Air-N-Vac Station is manufactured to the same high standards that Doyle Vacuum has always stood for, and we are confident that this machine will provide many years of superior service.

The LK Series product line was inspired by and is a collaborative effort between Mr. Larry Korpics who has 45+ years of experience in the carwash industry, including operations, repair, maintenance, distribution and installation, and Doyle Vacuum Systems who have been manufacturing high-quality, dependable, and reliable equipment for almost 100 years. Together, we have designed and developed a High Quality Meter Box for the Car Wash Bay which Offers Multiple Forms of Payment and the latest in Push-Button Control and Technology. As with ALL our Equipment, the LK Series PayMaster Meter Boxes and Meter Panels are designed to give you years of reliable service, ease of Maintenance, and a Combination of Functional and Auxiliary Controls for your Wash Bays.
